How do I order?

Simply fill in your personal details so we know who you are, where you are staying and for what dates. Then our booking system will take you through our range of ski hire options for adults and children. You will see that we have provided colour codes next to each option so you can select equipment suitable to your individual skiing level (beginners green through to blue, red and black for advanced skiers). We offer ski and snowboard packages, as well as specialist back-country and off-piste options, helmets and accessories. Just select the tabs to explore all of our equipment and then provide your details so we can have the correct sizes prepared for you on arrival at the hire shop.

How do I pay?

You will need to pay for your ski hire before arriving in resort. We request that you call our offices at a time convenient to you so we can settle your ski hire bill in euros securely. All cards are accepted with the exception of American Express.  Alternatively please email jody@chamonixallyear.com to advise us of a good time to contact you. Your total bill is given to you when you complete your order online. For your assurance you will then receive a confirmation email of the payment. For those of you who have already paid for your accommodation using your card, as we do not keep your card details on file so we will still need to collect these details from you again.

What happens if I need to change my order?

Don’t worry, if you want to change your order, add an extra guest or change your personal details, you just need to log back into your account and all your details can be updated and amended. Just ensure your order is not amended no less than 4 days prior to arrival as your booking will have already been processed and be with the relevant hire shop. For emergency last minute changes please contact jody@chamonixallyear.com and we can see how we can help.

Will my hire shop be close to my accommodation?

Yes, we work in partnership with a number of reputable ski hire shops within the Chamonix valley. When you tell us where you will be staying our team will then select the closest one to you, your order will then be given to that particular store. The only time this may not be the case is if you select specific specialist equipment as we may have to then direct you to the specialist hire shop.

When can I pick my equipment up?

If you’re arriving early in resort on your ‘ski hire start date’ you can pick up your order when you arrive and get on the slopes straight away. Most ski hire shops are closed over lunch. If you arrive in resort the day before your ‘ski hire start date’, please remember to tick the box at the start of your order if you would like to pick up your equipment between 4pm and 7pm that day. Therefore, allowing you to ski early the next morning!
